1. Any trip is booked by the rider upon prepayment. The terms of payment are indicated at program page for scheduled group rides or quotation if you request private tour.

2. Prepayment is usually divided into deposit and balance payment.

3. Deposit as a rule is not refundable. If trip cancelled earlier than 3 months before departure date deposit can be used for another trip unless other cancellation and refund terms stated in your quotation or program description at our website.

4. All the riding programs are not refundable after balance payment due date. Funds can not be used for another trip.
 This is standard rules of riding holidays operators as ranches are closed for other customers and there is no chance to replace the person who cancelled. The same with sightseeing guides and hotels. We make non-refundable reservation long in advance to secure dates.

6. Riding level expectations. We always check your level by video or questionary to secure you’re able to do the program. We do not confirm riders if we have doubt in riding skills. Anyway if you want to skip program once started the cost will not be reduced or refunded and you will be charged for evacuation if needed extra (if it’s not severe health issue case).

7. Extra weight. We always indicate maximum weight limit for the program and can check the rider upon arrival. So, if you are close to the limit better not to risk and discuss overweight options. For some riders we offer extra horse with the surcharge. If you didn’t discuss overweight option and detected overweight you’ll not be allowed to ride and the cost will not be refunded.

8. Program change. Sometimes riding program can be slightly changed due to weather conditions, sight’s or road reconstruction in the tour area or other local events that can affect the rout of the ride. This can not be the reason for cancellation and refund.

9. Group ride cancellation. If the group you booked does not collect the minimum number of riders stated in the program you will be offered the price for solo ride or other dates. If solo ride quotation or new dates offer is not acceptable for you the full amount of prepayment will be refunded.

10. Force Major. If the tour can not be provided due to new legal regulations / restrictions in the country or force major circumstances like fire, earthquakes, tornado, flood, war, terrorist attack, revolution, third party service provider bankruptcy etc. the refund will be negotiated when force major ends. By all means I do my best to secure your ride or funds return.
